The main challenge was to create an interface that would provide corporate clients with a robust and intuitive way to manage their finances, including bank accounts, cards, transfers, currency exchange, and reporting.

Within the team, the methodology was based on an in-depth analysis of competitors and industry leaders, including Revolut, Qonto, Wise, N24, Vivid, Monzo, and many others. I tested corporate and retail banking applications and utilized Statista to gather data on corporate banking.

Fast prototyping was essential for testing solutions. After discussions with developers, we chose Ant Design as the basis for UI components. On its basis, I created a local design system for BankPro, which accelerated the creation of layouts and further development, ensured uniformity of interfaces, and simplified product support.

With a tight deadline and specific functional requirements, traditional research was not an option. Instead, I leveraged Useberry to fast-test hypotheses before launching the MVP. Early users from the "friends and family" helped uncover key interface pain points and validated deviations from initial hypotheses.

With our adaptive design system, we could flexibly change our screens (AB and AAB). We didn't just make quick fixes; we thought through each change to ensure the product worked better for our users. We continuously tested new ideas and approaches to refine the experience further.
