When I joined, the MVP already existed but had been built on a tight deadline over two years prior and contained numerous issues. I was brought onto the project to identify and fix UX mistakes, update existing solutions, and develop new features.

I developed a design system that sped up layout creation and simplified product support. All screens were rebuilt with new components, and platform-specific versions were designed for iOS and Android. This ensured visual consistency, enhanced the user experience, and significantly reduced the time required for new features and updates.

Together with the product manager, we audited the layouts, identified key UX issues, and compiled a backlog of improvements. New solutions were tested using Useberry and corridor studies. Our goal was to create an intuitive and user-friendly experience driven by data and real user behavior.

To gain deeper insights, I enrolled in all available retail and corporate banking applications to study their functional solutions and user experience in detail.
